Two procedures of the activated carbon manufactured :Carbonization and Activation
Activation
It is a process to expand the split to create more than more micro pores through the steaming and chemical reaction. During this process, the jar, organic wastes and other rests are removed, so that carbon has a highly development surface area and the efficient absorption.
Out special activated methods is used the steaming technology. During the charcoal activated processing, it happened the coal stock the carbon pore and down the absorption efficiency of processing carbon. So we used the pyrolysis method which in a high temper action of oxygen with carbon. The chemical reaction will produce more micro pore of activated carbon and get the CO₂ gas and some steaming water.
